煤質柱狀活性炭

      凌源大德柱狀活性炭主要分為煤質柱狀活性炭和木質柱狀活性炭。

【煤質柱狀活性炭】

      大德煤質柱狀活性炭選用優(yōu)質無煙煤為原料剂跟，采用先進工藝精制加工而成减途，外觀呈黑色圓柱狀顆粒；具有合理的孔隙結構曹洽，良好的吸附性能鳍置，機械強度高，易反復再生送淆，造價低等特點税产；用于有毒氣體的凈化，廢氣處理坊夫，工業(yè)和生活用水的凈化處理砖第，溶劑回收等方面。

煤質柱狀活性炭主要用途：

      1蛾藐、溶劑回收瘤希、工業(yè)廢氣凈化、防護裝具保懈、家裝空氣凈化答艘、工廠及垃圾場的廢氣處理等方面。

【木質柱狀活性炭】 

      大德木質柱狀活性炭采用優(yōu)質木屑哥捕、椰殼等為原料牧抽，經粉碎、混合、擠壓阎姥、成型记舆、干燥、炭化呼巴、活化而制成的柱狀活性炭比傳統(tǒng)的煤質柱狀炭灰份低泽腮、雜質少、CTC占絕對優(yōu)勢衣赶。產品孔徑分布合理诊赊，達到最大吸附與脫附，從而大大提高產品的使用壽命（平均2-3年）府瞄，是普通煤質炭的1.4倍楚餐。

木質柱狀活性炭主要用途：

      1、氣相吸附蹂孽。

填充時注意事項:

      裝填時應先篩去因搬運產生的碎粒與粉塵锚拳。然后層層均勻鋪開凡加，不得從進料孔處直接倒入，以免使大小顆粒裝填不均销泽，最終造成氣體偏流氧胳，影響使用效果。裝填結束辰令，開車前應先吹空台腥，吹出活性炭表面粘附粉塵，避免開車后粉塵帶入后工段而影響正常生產绒北。

包裝及運輸：

      25公斤編織袋包裝，內襯塑料薄膜察署，也可按客戶需求包裝闷游，產品在貯存時應放置于陰涼干燥處，運輸過程中贴汪，防止與堅硬物質混裝脐往，以防炭粒破碎，影響質量扳埂。防止包裝破損以免漏失或混入雜物业簿，防水浸防油防火瘤礁。
