概述：

  MD - 300型金屬探測器是一種小型手持式金屬探測器，主要用于海關(guān)＼機場＼法庭、考場等重要場所的安全檢查。當它探測打掃金屬時，它會發(fā)出報警聲和提示振動，并且有電源底電壓指示。

示意說明：

1．探頭  Scan the head

2．開關(guān)  Switch

3．電池蓋  Batteryapron

4．指示燈（綠；紅） Indicator lamp (Green Red)

5.靈敏度調(diào)節(jié)空  The Sen Sitivity regulates holes

使用說明：

1、用小螺絲刀松開電池盒的蓋板③，并向后卸下電池蓋板。正確的安裝上9V新堿性電池(6F22S006P)，重點注意電池的正負極性。推上電池蓋板，鎖緊電池盒上的緊固螺絲。

2、手握金屬探測器的手柄⑦位置部分，撥動位于左側(cè)的三檔位開關(guān)②，從OFF位置一一報警聲位置，探測器上的綠色LED電源批示燈亮④，并能聽到一聲短暫的BEEP聲。

3、用一枚已知的金屬硬幣來測試你的金屬探測器的功能，當探測盤①在金屬硬幣上方水平擺動，并通過金屬硬幣目標物時，蜂鳴器應發(fā)出報警聲，紅色指示燈亮。

4、從報警聲位置-振動提示位置時，當探測盤在金屬硬幣上方水平擺動，并通過金屬硬幣目標物時，手心應感覺到振動提示，而聽不到報警聲，但紅色指示燈亮。在正式使用前，應進行定期測試，以確保操作正常。非金屬不報警。

5、靈敏度調(diào)節(jié)方法：用“一”字小螺絲刀在金屬探測器的右側(cè)的“靈敏度調(diào)節(jié)孔”⑤調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度。順時針調(diào)整可增加靈敏度，逆時針調(diào)整可降低靈敏度，步驟如下：先順時針調(diào)整，一直調(diào)到在不測試金屬（或在無金屬區(qū)域）時，聽到連續(xù)發(fā)出報警聲為止，此時，你再逆時針回調(diào)，直到探測器不發(fā)出報警聲或振動即可，工廠出廠時設(shè)定為一元硬幣的金屬物體的測試靈敏度約為5厘米。特別提示：不要將靈敏度調(diào)節(jié)到大于你所需的高度上，否則將可能出現(xiàn)**的報警。當你不需要靈敏度很高時，你用“一”字小螺絲刀逆時針調(diào)整，調(diào)到你適合為止即可。

6、低電壓指示：當你的打開金屬探測器電源開頭時（不測試金屬物體），但連續(xù)地聽到蜂鳴器發(fā)出報警聲，它指示著金屬探測器內(nèi)部使用電池電壓“低”了，應換上新電池，才能繼續(xù)使用。

7、維護、保養(yǎng)：金屬探測器在不使用時，應將開關(guān)撥到“OFF位置”，并保持金屬探測器外表整潔、干燥。為維持其外表整潔，可用濕布擦，但不可用化學清潔劑清潔。

MD-300 metal Detector Instruction Manual

General introduction:

MD-300 metal detector is a min-type hand held metal detector，mainly for security check in important places like customs, airportant court. It will give an alarm sound and vibration with low voltage power alarm.

How to operate:

1. loosen the cover board of the battery holder with a small screwdr,  push the cover board back wardto remove it ,inttall new 9V alkaline battery (6F22S006P)while mainly focusing on the battery polarity, push the cover board back on the battery holder and tighten the securing screw on the battery holder.

2.  Hold the handle of the metal detector and change the three-position swith on left from the off position to the alarm position. The green LED power indication light of the detector will be turned on and one can hear a short  beep .

3. Use a know metal coin to test your metal detector function .The buzzer

shall give an alarm sound when the detections set swings above the metal  coin horizontally  and passes the metal coin object.

4. Change the alarm position to vibration position ,the palm shall sense the vibration and no alarm sound shall be heard when the detecting set swings above the  metal  coin horizontally and passes the metal  coin object. Periodical test shall be performed before formal use to ensure normal operation.

5. Sensitivity adjusting methods: adjust the sensitivity in the "sensitivity

adjusting hole" on the right of the metal detector with a small slotted screwdriver . Adjust clockwise to increase the sensitivity and anticlock wise to reduce the  sensitivity.

Steps are as follows: firstly adjust clockwise till you hear continuous alarm sound in non-metal testing (or non metal area).Then you can adjust

anticlockwise a little,  namely till the detector will not give an alarm sound .The metal object testing sensitivity of a one Yuan coin set by the factory is about 5 cm.

Special tips: fack alarm will occur if you adjust the sensitivity too high to

exceed your need. When you don't need high sensitivity, you can adjust the detector anticlockwise till reaching the level meeting your needs with a small slotted screwdriver.

 6. Low voltage alarm :When you turn on the power switch of the metal detector (not test metal object) but hear continuous alarm sound given by the buzzen ,it means the battery voltage has become low in the internal metal detector and you should replace it with a new for later use.

 7.  Maintenance: please change the switch to the off position when you don't use the metal detector and dry appearance .To do that ,you can use wet cloth to wipe it but shall not use any chemical detergent.
