G-1080A Full-automatic High-speed Digital-control Window Patching Machine has been the special machine for the paper partial film patching. This machine is in integral steel plate structure. It adopts transverse knife for the film cutting. The whole machine is equipped with 6 servo motors and 7 stepping motors with the full-digital control. All parameters can be fine-tuned during operation. Memory storage of 100 sets of customer order files enables it one key to retrieve the order when meets the repeated products or replacement order. The fastest adjustment speed is only 10 minutes. The online diagnostic control function can be an additional option. This machine can realize the double creasing and double cutting on PVC,BOPET,PE,OPP,CPP film with the thickness of 0.05-0.25mm. Automatic paper feeding, gluing, cutting and film patching can all be realized in this machine with the highest running speed of 10000pcs/h. It is also equipped with multi-sensor detection of each station, real-time monitoring of running state and abnormal speed reduction alarm functions.

輸紙皮帶采用日本倪塔品牌证鸥,解決了UV印刷紙張輸紙不順暢的問(wèn)題,底部皮帶加真空吸附輸紙勤晚,伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)四酱,可多種輸紙模式切換。
Paper Feeding:
The Paper Feeding Belt of the machine adopts the Japanese Brand Nita which well solves the problem of unsmooth UV printing paper feeding. The paper feeding is realized through bottom belt with the vacuum absorption function. Driven by Servo Motor enables it to switch among multiple paper feeding modes.

Correction of Paper Feeding Track:
The track with self-locking linear bearing is free to slide. It takes the place of traditional slow
screw-driving hand-shaking regulation. The chains orbits which contain high polymer nylon
material are in high wear resistance and low noise .Correction pin adopts servo motor
separately driving.
涂膠部褂反;
涂膠滾筒304不銹鋼制作,易清洗唁返,耐腐蝕娇仙,印膠模型滾筒橫向與縱向分別由伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),可不停機(jī)直接進(jìn)行雙向調(diào)節(jié),涂膠部具備空張?zhí)鸸δ鼙婷裕苊饽z水接觸到皮帶尾贮,減少因?yàn)榭諒埗l繁停機(jī)清洗皮帶的麻煩。
Gluing:
The gluing roller is made from 304 Stainless steel material which is in high corrosion resistance
and is easy to clean. Transverse and longitudinal gluing model roller are driven by servo motor
which can realize the dual-directional regulation directly without stopping. The gluing part is
equipped with the automatic lifting function. It avoids the glue touching the belt which
reduces the trouble of frequently machine stop for cleaning because of the lack for paper
problem.

Film Punching:
Film unwinding is equipped with various functions such as magnetic powder tension and
automatic correction, pressing line pressure pneumatic control, punching 8 axis
dual-directional numerical control auto tracking, parameter read-in minor adjustment etc. It is
also equipped with 4 sets punching moulds.

Film Pasting:
Transverse cutting knife is driven by servo motor with high cutting angle precision control.
Compared with traditional cylinder driving .It has got the advantages of low noise, high speed
with the angle able to control etc. Roller absorption continuous pasting is in higher speed and
requires less towards film compared with traditional intermittent pasting way. The pasting
roller is separately driven by servo motor and can freely adjust the film pasting position when
machine is running.
薄膜放卷部;
氣脹軸裝膜使更換薄膜更快捷剧防,光電糾偏解決了薄膜卷材分切不平整的問(wèn)題植锉,放卷糾偏精度±0.2mm,電磁張力控制系統(tǒng)讓薄膜放料張力恒定在理想的狀態(tài)使薄膜壓痕以及沖孔精度更高爹舱。
Film Unwinding:
It adopts air shaft to install the film enables it to faster replace the film. The photoelectric correction well solves the problem of cutting unevenness for the film coiled material. The precision of unwinding correction is ±0.2mm.The Electromagnetic tension control system keeps the film feeding tension in constant at ideal state which makes the film creasing and punching in higher precision.
