機臺簡介：Introduction

本機采用超聲波技術(shù)完全自動化控制。主要是為制作平面口罩的**工序，采用超聲波將多層PP紡粘無紡布、活性炭以及過濾材料在不改變材質(zhì)的標準下進行自動作業(yè)，被廣泛應(yīng)用于PP、無紡布、熔噴布盘另、濾紙、活性炭布等材料秃停，職業(yè)防護巩荧、普通防護、勞保用品丹伙、醫(yī)院福耐、研究院及無塵工業(yè)等場合。

It adopts ultrasonic technique and full automation, it is for first process of mask making, it adopt ultrasonic to make PP, non-woven, activated carbon or other filter materials to work automatically without changing their actual materials, Widely used in materials like PP, non-woven, melt-blown, filter paper, activated carbon etc. And occasions like work protection, normal protection, labor protection, hospital, research center and clean industry.

●     Automatic working from feeding to nose-wire insert, lace sealing, cutting finished products.

●     Machine frame adopts aluminum. Anti-rust, durable, easy cleaning and neat.
