【煤質(zhì)柱狀活性炭】

【木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭】
大德木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭采用優(yōu)質(zhì)木屑嗡髓、椰殼等為原料，經(jīng)粉碎收津、混合饿这、擠壓、成型撞秋、干燥长捧、炭化、活化而制成的柱狀活性炭比傳統(tǒng)的煤質(zhì)柱狀炭灰份低吻贿、雜質(zhì)少秩纹、CTC占絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。產(chǎn)品孔徑分布合理萎丘，達(dá)到最大吸附與脫附园撵，從而大大提高產(chǎn)品的使用壽命（平均2-3年），是普通煤質(zhì)炭的1.4倍另款。
木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭主要用途：
1石沸、氣相吸附。

填充時(shí)注意事項(xiàng):
裝填時(shí)應(yīng)先篩去因搬運(yùn)產(chǎn)生的碎粒與粉塵。然后層層均勻鋪開胯恤，不得從進(jìn)料孔處直接倒入挥萌，以免使大小顆粒裝填不均，最終造成氣體偏流枉侧，影響使用效果引瀑。裝填結(jié)束，開車前應(yīng)先吹空榨馁，吹出活性炭表面粘附粉塵憨栽，避免開車后粉塵帶入后工段而影響正常生產(chǎn)。
包裝及運(yùn)輸：
25公斤編織袋包裝翼虫，內(nèi)襯塑料薄膜屑柔，也可按客戶需求包裝，產(chǎn)品在貯存時(shí)應(yīng)放置于陰涼干燥處，運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中掸宛，防止與堅(jiān)硬物質(zhì)混裝死陆，以防炭粒破碎，影響質(zhì)量唧瘾。防止包裝破損以免漏失或混入雜物措译，防水浸防油防火。
