【煤質(zhì)柱狀活性炭】

煤質(zhì)柱狀活性炭主要用途：

【木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭】
大德木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭采用優(yōu)質(zhì)木屑斟或、椰殼等為原料熬鸟，經(jīng)粉碎、混合肮插、擠壓秸铣、成型、干燥晚惊、炭化朱泞、活化而制成的柱狀活性炭比傳統(tǒng)的煤質(zhì)柱狀炭灰份低、雜質(zhì)少宛蒲、CTC占絕對優(yōu)勢膀琐。產(chǎn)品孔徑分布合理，達到最大吸附與脫附恼稠，從而大大提高產(chǎn)品的使用壽命（平均2-3年）苦旋，是普通煤質(zhì)炭的1.4倍火晕。
木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭主要用途：
1、氣相吸附卤连。

填充時注意事項:
裝填時應(yīng)先篩去因搬運產(chǎn)生的碎粒與粉塵谢揪。然后層層均勻鋪開蕉陋，不得從進料孔處直接倒入，以免使大小顆粒裝填不均拨扶，最終造成氣體偏流凳鬓，影響使用效果。裝填結(jié)束患民，開車前應(yīng)先吹空缩举，吹出活性炭表面粘附粉塵，避免開車后粉塵帶入后工段而影響正常生產(chǎn)匹颤。
包裝及運輸：
25公斤編織袋包裝仅孩，內(nèi)襯塑料薄膜，也可按客戶需求包裝卡催，產(chǎn)品在貯存時應(yīng)放置于陰涼干燥處责名，運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質(zhì)混裝绘菲，以防炭粒破碎液炼，影響質(zhì)量。防止包裝破損以免漏失或混入雜物雄工，防水浸防油防火枕络。
